Consistency is Cool!

Did you know that your readers will get used to a regular posting frequency!
If you write one post everyday on a consistent basis your readers will become familiar with this pattern. And if they like what you write, chances are they will check your blog once a day to see what you have posted.
The same thing goes whether you post 1 or 5 posts per day - your readers will come to know how many posts to expect.
But what happens if you go from posting once per day and then wait a few days and then post 3 at once? Chances are you could be losing valuable readers and traffic.
Now obvisouly, posting on a regular basis doesn’t seem very hard, and that is true for new bloggers. But you will as you go on and your blog becomes older, it also becomes harder to keep up a regular posting frequency. So its a good idea to keep some backup posts handy just in case you receive a case of the bloggers block or are too busy to post one day. I write my backup posts on the weekend as part of my Weekend Blogging Tasks
So if you’re currently posting at complete random - try and find a posting frequency and consistency level thats right for you.
